Shipping policy

Effective October 15, 2026.

Unpaid D2 preorders and estimated dispatch

D2 is a preorder product, not ready for immediate shipment. Estimated dispatch begins December 1, 2026. This is an estimate for the start of shipping, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will notify you of material delays and offer the choice to wait or cancel without charge; any consent required by law will be obtained.

No payment is due when you place a standard D2 preorder. When your robot is ready to ship, we will confirm destination eligibility, provide a freight quote for your approval, and email an invoice for US$3,999 per robot plus approved shipping and any taxes Kinatric is required to collect. Pay the invoice before dispatch. We do not automatically charge a stored card. Do not pay before receiving that invoice.

Shipping is additional, not free

Preorder checkout records an unpaid reservation. The delivery option is named "Freight quoted separately - pay by invoice". Any $0 or "Free" shipping amount shown on this reservation means freight has not yet been quoted or included; it is not an offer of free delivery. You may decline the quote and cancel the standard preorder without charge before dispatch. We will not add an undisclosed freight charge to a card.

The freight quote will depend on the destination, packed weight and dimensions, battery-transport requirements and carrier service. We will confirm the shipment's transit estimate when quoting; transit begins after dispatch and is separate from the preorder waiting period. We do not promise a domestic express-delivery time for international preorders.

China dispatch and DAP import terms

D2 is manufactured in and dispatched from China. Our U.S. corporate/contact address is not the dispatch origin. Shipments use DAP (Delivered at Place) terms at the agreed destination unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed in writing.

You pay the agreed freight charge. You are responsible for import clearance and applicable import duties, tariffs, import taxes, customs-clearance, brokerage and carrier-disbursement fees not expressly collected by Kinatric. These amounts are additional to the robot price and freight quote and are paid to the carrier or customs authority when requested. Any taxes or import amounts Kinatric must collect will be identified on the invoice; an amount already collected should not be paid twice.

Customs processing can affect delivery times. A refusal of import charges does not automatically waive charges already incurred; any deduction must reflect actual, legally recoverable costs and cannot override your mandatory consumer rights. Non-delivery, transit damage and seller-error claims are handled under our refund policy and applicable law.

Initial preorder destinations

The initial ordering destinations are listed below. All unlisted destinations are currently unavailable, including the United States and U.S. territories. We also do not accept U.S.-based buyers for this offer or shipments arranged to evade a destination restriction.

This is Kinatric's initial ordering policy, not a certification that every transaction to a listed country is legally permitted. Before invoicing or dispatch, we review the buyer, beneficial ownership, consignee, ultimate destination, end user/end use, product classification and applicable U.S., Chinese and destination-country export, import and product-compliance requirements. We may decline or cancel an order that cannot lawfully be supplied. Prohibited parties and prohibited onward transfers are not accepted, even through a listed country. No product or dispatch certification should be inferred merely from preorder availability.
